I suggest a thread be made, possibly a link on main page to the same info.
The thread will cover the steps needed to overcome the Adobe update conflict with IRClite.
Several users are unable to access IRC chat due to recent Adobe update.

So a step by step explanation to the listeners on how to overcome this problem, would help get more seats in chan.

Thank-you

This is not caused by any flash update, but it's rather a firewall issue blocking access to the policy port.

I stand corrected.

The attached image made reference to a irclite issue, and online faq's led me to the wrong conclusion.
Thank you for the clarification.

Are there any ways around this, perhaps a proxy irc site address? I can't access this port through the work network :P

cheers,
Oyst

Okay found out that I can log in via a non-flash client such as mibbit.com.

Cheers,
Jon

You can always use an irc client such as mIRC.

The address is irc.siradio.fm (ports 6667 and 8080). Channel is #siradio
