LOOT update (so far):
*IF we stick with current plan, to sell certain items, keep certain items, butcher the two SeaCat corpses and keep their meat/heads/etc for bragging rights when we hit the Sailor Mood town:

total 'cash' value (after selling jewelry, certain items, etc for 50% value.):

8,000 SP
6,490 GP

items kept for 'group use':

APPROX. 800 lbs of 'SEACAT MEAT'. (based on taking 10 on Survival checks to butcher them up.)
WAND: LIGHT(X10 charges),
WAND:CURE LT. WOUNDS(X10 charges),
CRYSTAL OF LEAST ARROW DEFLECTION(attaches to masterwork armour, adds +2 to wearers AC against ranged attacks).

LIGHT WARHORSE (named Ripley),
WAGON (named 'mobile home' by Mittenz).
DONKEY (named Newt, careful, she bites!).

cash of 1458 GP (totaled and split 5 ways, because Otiian wasn't part of the cathedral group)

then, we got the other things spare to had out among the group.

i need to know from Mace how much gear equivelant he has on his character, he needs to be about the same of where we are at.

yup. i'll make sure we run across a gear vendor sometime in the next 2 weeks.

my hope is that you and dan will have your gear pre-selected when you return, so that your characters already have it at the very beginning of the session that ya'll return.

Time: 12:30 – 5:00

After morning the passing of their beloved mascot, Jiggle the Drunken Badger, the group continues to make their way down river to Sailor Mood.

Arriving in Sailor Mood they find the place full of cheer. Otiian is given recognition as the “killer of the watercats,” and thus considered a Warrior by the city. While there we find a friendly gnome (Skillcoil) who quickly becomes a friend.

Mittenz makes friends.

Anabus gets a handover.

The next day the group arrives at Herchel’s Landing, and they decide where they want to go.

Time: 12:00 – 5:00

Anabus, Otiian, Quesrik and Hingi are standing outside near the dock, discussing the coming days events while everyone else is asleep. Their talking is interrupted by a shrill scream.

A group of 6 robed men emerge on the edge of town, being chased by a large 6-legged chicken-like bird. The party engages the bird to save them…

After the creature is dispatched, the survivors yell at the party for using violence to save them. They leave the town and bring their leader.

The leader comes and tries to talk everyone into following their path of peace and non-violence. Almost everyone in town starts to listen, but Hingi and Anabus argue with him.

After spending the night in the end, the party finds out that the Leader had taken the Mayors son as a hostage and will only give him back if they turn over the town to them.

The party leads a rescue mission.

During the ensuing battle the Party finds that the Leader is being added by a beast from another plane.

"Noice." :)

(sorry had to miss session....literally spent all day from around 1000 my time to ....10 minutes ago, so 1940 ish prepping then grilling turkeylegs.)

....sounds like Mittenz is, in fact, a deep sleeper as we all thought! *imagines Mittenz's response to all the noise during the battle would have been to wrap up deeping in his blankie and cover his head with Zynes' skull to muffle the noise* ;)
